Suggestion: Burn 2 parts Frankincense to 1 part Myrrh, this can help create a balancing, grounding effect.
Ways of burning Frankincense & Myrrh
OPTION 1: Burn a piece on top of a 40 or 60 watt light bulb.
Place a piece of Frankincense on top of the Mica and place on top of a 60 watt light bulb (pungency of aroma on a 60 watt is perfect in the bedroom).
Can also be used on 60 watt or 100 watt in the living room.
OPTION 2: Burn a piece on hot incense charcoal
Once the charcoal has been completely lit, place a piece of Mica on top of the charcoal and put the incense on top.
